Rate Structure
VirtuServe's rate structure is based on a simple hourly calculation of agent hours required and network usage. Hourly rates are based on the skillset required but start as low as $20 per hour for 99 hours or less and $18 per hour for 100 hours or more.

Measuring and reporting the results of your campaign is very important to VirtuServe. We offer comprehensive campaign statistics with web-based real-time and historical reports for your convenience at no additional cost.

Low cost network access
800 network costs are very fairly priced at $.02 per minute of connect time. Existing 800 numbers must be ported to our system or call forwarded to a local number provided at additional cost.
